In turn, this effects our skins quality and laxity, and we see a decrease in volume and begin to notice the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. A combination of the loss of subcutaneous fat and thinner skull bones means that our skin starts to sag, and our ‘triangle of youth’ is no longer apparent.
